Concept

Boundary Pillars II continues the work with the idea of a carried border. The pillars are made of fabric and water, frozen. Unlike the chalk pillars, these forms are temporary and almost immediately (within a week) were bent by strong winds. Their presence depends on temperature, weather, and duration. They exist only for a moment. The frozen boundary pillars mark a fragile state. A border that cannot be fixed permanently. A border that breathes, melts, and disappears. A border that does not mark a boundary, but rather its absence - the impact of war does not recognize borders, spreading across the planet.
