Concept

This work was created during our stay in Iceland at the ArtsIceland residency in 2023, in the city of Isafjordur. This is the Westfjords, October, a very, very beautiful place and time. We often went for walks and took the sign with us. A sign of what? Warning - about what? "Caution", "danger nearby", "danger too far away", "danger at home"? Always looming in the field of vision. White noise that you can't get rid of. A specific national disease. An unnamed feeling that we carry everywhere with us. Even in these, such, such beautiful places. Especially in such beautiful ones.
